Followed by the one-year intensive construction project the new facility was completed in October and Coptersafety crew moved in by the end of November after finishing touches on the interiors.
Coptersafety’s training centre has been designed solely for helicopter training purposes, and it takes comprehensively into account the whole training experience. For example, for each simulator, dedicated and well-equipped briefing and de-briefing rooms are located conveniently next to the SIM hall. Significant efforts have been put on the lounge premises to allow pilots and instructors relax and prepare between the training sessions. During the training day, pilots can socialise and share their experiences in the lounges. For those who wish to have a Finnish touch to their training experience, relaxing in a warm sauna after the day is a perfect choice.
“All in all, the construction project was successful, and the outcome is in line with our vision of being the trendsetter of helicopter training industry. We see the well-functioning premises as an essential element of the learning experience. Without doubt I can declare that Coptersafety has the world’s best training centre.” Says Mikko Dahlman, CEO of Coptersafety.
Coptersafety welcomes all the players in the helicopter industry to experience the new training centre. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to book your visit.
